It is ideal for marker buoys, docks, marinas, mines, aquaculture sites, or any other on or offshore application. The T83 provides a minimum of 3 nautical miles of visibility and will be the last marine light you will ever need. Using a high efficiency 5 watt solar panel, the T83 works in virtually any location, including low light northerly installations. Powering the T83 are twin 4Ahr Sonnenschein batteries providing plenty of reserve capacity for the winter months. Different battery configurations are available by request.</div> <bR> <div> With it's sturdy polycarbonate/stainless steel construction, the T83's advanced microprocessor controlled electronics and user replaceable batteries provide the ultimate in reliability and convenience. The T83 lantern consists of a NEMA 4X certified enclosure attached to our ultra high efficiency light head. Rugged construction with integral o-ring seals provides a water tight enclosure for both the battery box and light head. The T83 with it's quick release lens clamps make on site battery replacement a simple task using only a screwdriver.</div> <bR> <div> If you are upgrading a current installation and already have a solar panel/battery system, the T83 light head is available separately.
